Individual 50-minute session: $150.00
Note: Longer or shorter sessions can be arranged if required. A limited number of sliding-scale appointments may be available for those experiencing financial hardship. 'Three Session Counselling Packs' are also available at a slightly reduced rate.
Hope Haven Counselling also offers services to clients who are funded by some insurance schemes such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) - Plan Managed or Self Managed. Session length, fees, etc. are in accordance with the relevant legislation, rules, and policies applicable to each funding scheme.

Counsellors meet rigorous training, professional registration, supervision and ongoing professional development requirements. Sessions are affordable, with no additional gap fees or limits on the number of appointments. Referrals are welcome but not required. There can be shorter wait times and flexible scheduling. Flexible telehealth appointments provide convenient, accessible and effective counselling from wherever you are.

Yes. A free 15-minute introductory call is available with no obligation, or you can book a first session directly if you feel ready. Both options can be booked through the website.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Longer sessions can be arranged if required, or to meet the terms of different funding bodies or insurance schemes.
A brief form will be emailed to complete and return before your first appointment. Payment is usually processed at the time of booking. If you experience any difficulties, these can be discussed briefly by phone before your appointment.
Yes, with a few limitations related to serious risks for your safety, the safety of others, and court subpoenas.

At least 48 hours' notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling, so the time can be offered to another client. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the session fee being forfeited, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
